this friday nite, terry and i have invited my kids (and grandkids) and his family for a BBQ. this will be the first time the two families have met each other. so in my spare time over the last two weeks i have been painting this, fixing that, changing lite fixtures, cleaning, moving stuff around, planning the menu and decor..... you get the picture, right? my love doesn't completely understand this frenzy just because people are coming for dinner. aahh.... the things he has to look forward to!

Meeting the in-laws is always fun. I'm sure it will go great.
The first time I met Rod's extended family was a family reunion, talk about alot of family. And to top it off, I got drunk, very very drunk. In my defence it was his grandpa that was feeding me moonshine so really I fit in just fine....
