bridezilla

i'm trying not to be, really! yesterday my love and i were scheduled to have engagment pictures done. neither one of us likes having our pictures taken and usually we hate any pictures that are taken of us. so... it was a bit of a stressful day. i couldn't decide what to wear, called carolyn (who is a photographer) to come over and help me pick something. i guess i was in a bit of tizzy... clothes all over the bed and floor. felling slightly ill about the whole thing. finally she called taneane (the lucky photographer i hired, also a friend of carolyn's). we decide on something, i'm stressing about my fat arms and my wrinkles - carolyn is saying "mom, calm down. you're going to push us all over the edge! this is only the engagement photo."
anyway, we made it through the sitting, neither one of us very comfortable so i hope we look relaxed.
sigh - can only imagine what february 10th will be like. if i make it to then without my friends and family and the folks i hired strangling me.....
