until our wedding. had my final dress fitting today - it comes home next week!!!! i might just be wearing it around the house a bit, its so beautiful - at least i think it is. making final confirmations with the DJ, the video guy, sound guy, decorator, hotel , flowers.... i'm sure there is more. hair, makeup etc. so far, no disasters!!! the next few weeks will just fly by. can't believe we started counting at around 280 days!!! now its just around the corner. sigh, i hope i haven't forgotten anything important. picked up terry's ring, and am getting the marriage license tomorrow (can't forget that dream i had where i forgot both of them!).
we are a bit nervous.
i think its because it is such an awesome commitment to make to someone, to give your life and heart to them. this is something so new to each of us. and it is something we are so looking forward to. we know there will be many adjustments - we've been single for a number of years. but we are anxious to start our adventure, or should i say continue our adventure as husband and wife.
we have appreciated your prayers and good wishes for us over the last year or so. and we covet your prayers still as we approach February 10th with expectation.

only four weeks?? wow!!!
try to take some time to just enjoy all the excitement, and treat yourself to a spa night of good tea ((or martinis?)) a long hot bath and candles, some relaxing music and just soak in all the joy you are experiencing!!
