so.... i went shopping last saturday for a dress for the wedding. i have already picked out something i like that my sister will make for me, but we thot it would be fun to go try some on. i've never had a wedding dress before. so off we went - me, carolyn, liz and becka and my friend angie. there were two specific things i knew i did not want in a dress. naturally when they convinced me to try one on, it turns out it looked great and i liked it. only one draw back - it was way, way expensive!!!! as my friend's husband commented: why does she need a new dress? she must have something in her closet that she could wear. its not like she's 20 and getting married for the first time.... turns out in the end i couldn't justify spending that much. so i'm back to the fabric store looking for the perfect fabric. it was fun though, trying on all those gorgeous dresses.
