this has been an emotional rollercoaster day!! i found out this morning that my aunt passed away. she was also my godmother, and my second name is the same as hers. i think she was even there when i was born. not sure when the funeral is... friday i think.
then, i got an email from a very dear friend that i have not seen in over 25 years. she is in town from Alberta and is able to come to the wedding!!! she was there when i gave my life to Christ many, many years ago. she was the one who insisted she take me to the hospital when i was having labour pains with my first baby - good thing, jenn was born only hours later!
i am so thrilled she is coming.
and then, i got an email from another dear friend wishing me the best. we shared the same journey for about nine years, but eventually life took us down different paths. it was a wonderful email. thank you.
